REFUND POLICY

At Seven Star Styles, we take pride in providing premium-quality luxury hair and exceptional customer service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

  • Hair Extensions
  • Wigs
  • Frontals
  • Closures
  • Hair Care Products
  • Accessories
  • Sale or Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards

Please ensure you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive the wrong item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.


REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a package is refused or returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to claim the package
  • Refused delivery

The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Seven Star Styles is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost
  • Stolen
  • Delayed
  • Marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.


CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Seven Star Styles to resolve your concern may result in:

  • Permanent account restrictions
  • Cancellation of future orders
  • Supporting documentation being submitted to your financial institution

We are always happy to work with customers to resolve legitimate concerns.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Products that have been:

  • Installed
  • Worn
  • Colored
  • Bleached
  • Cut
  • Altered
  • Washed

are not eligible for replacement or refund.


ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product selection
  • Texture
  • Length
  • Quantity
  • Shipping address
  • Billing information

before completing checkout.

Seven Star Styles is not responsible for customer ordering errors.


SALE ITEMS

All promotional, discounted, flash sale, and clearance purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
