SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Seven Star Styles. We are committed to providing a luxury shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During new collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed, shipping begins immediately.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 Business Days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 Business Days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 Business Days (when available)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

Seven Star Styles is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Seven Star Styles is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier.
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • File a claim directly with the carrier if necessary.


DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Unexpected shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volume
  • Natural disasters

These delays are outside of our control.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items listed as Pre-Order will include an estimated processing time within the product description.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once all items become available.


MULTIPLE ORDERS

Orders cannot always be combined once they have been placed.

Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to claim the package

may require additional shipping charges before the order can be resent.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees
  • Import taxes
  • Duties
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees

Seven Star Styles is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


ORDER CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.
